Family, undoubtedly, is one of the first social organization in which we are involved. Therefore, family is the most important factor in the construction of personality, beliefs, values, etc., of every child. This notion about the family gives it a huge responsibility, where a stable environment and a good atention to the infant are main priorities.
So, in that context, I believe that family is not necessarily a synonymous of happiness, in the idea that family can be understand just as one of various social organism. Again, family is not happiness per se, but only if allows to develop the basic social skills and a coherent idea of the self in the kid. In orther to do that, we need that the roles of the family are covered, such as father and mother, and a good relationship between the components

Hi!...
I agree with your post. I think that family it's not necessary hapiness. I think there're some cases when relatives' attitudes are very negative, so the relation between family members is not the best. Fortunately it's not my particular case and I hope neither be yours...
Just because what I read it seems that you've got a good relation with your family. Do you?...
i think you are right in the fact that famili is a social organism, and isnt necessarly equals happines. But i still think it is a very important factor in the person life to achife happines.
and abaut the cuestion you ask i think i have good friends here at the university but i have a bunch of friends that have been with me for manny years, so i guess they are closer to me.
Do you like systemic theory? I agree with you about the primmary role that family plays at first years of life, but only about a few years :D. I wrote my family assignment taking Miranda text that we read in Radizcszczcscz class. Yay! See you!
Wow! Francisco - this is really interesting as well as really well written too! I agree with you. Do you think that even if we have a really happy family though wioth a good supportive network we still might turn out disturbed or have certain mental problems. Could these be hereditary or affects from other aspects of our lives?
